This is a bit of a nothing question really. What else could it be? Escape, possibly; I doubt if it was "go to the toilet", which is what my other half suggested when I asked her.
And (as I said last week) please don't give me "It's only a supplementary".
I also think three hours is a bit unlikely. Every source I've found (this one, for example) says he did it the day before – or at least the night before; so unless he was due to be executed at 3 am and he took the capsule at midnight, it must have been more than three hours before.
